Livingston Depot VIRTUAL Arts Fest 2020!
This is a tough time for all of us, but we will get through it together. Buy-local events, like the Festival of the Arts, are more important than ever as we support those in our communities and work together to recover our small businesses and nonprofits.

In an effort to support all the artists who have already applied and been accepted, we are moving the Arts Fest ONLINE! We'll be sharing your incredible work with everyone we know through social media, our website, and press releases.

We won't have anything to do with your transactions, we just want to do everything we can to send customers your way. This event highlights how the arts community and the Livingston Depot are forging ahead and preparing to welcome everyone back when it is safe to do so.

Putting our 33rd annual Festival of the Arts online is one way we can STAND TOGETHER by STAYING APART.

We will get through this together—just stay healthy and stay home for now!

VENDOR INFORMATION: COVID-19 Cancellation Policy:
Due to COVID-19, the 33rd Annual Depot Festival of the Arts is cancelled. We just don't think it is safe to bring so many people together at this time.

Our COVID-19 refund policy states that we will refund your application fee to your original form of payment. You also have the option to convert your application fee to a membership with us. As a very small nonprofit, we're asking for your help to make sure our bookkeeping is correct by filling out this short survey:

2020 Depot Festival of the Arts:
     Thursday July 2,  10:00-6:00 PM
      Friday July 3, 10:00-6:00 PM
      Saturday July 4, 10:00-5:00 PM
The 2020 Livingston Depot Center's Festival of the Arts will be held in the Depot Rotary Park, on West Park Street (next to the Depot Center) in downtown Livingston, Montana. The festival is a juried show and open to artisans in all media of arts and crafts.  Coinciding with both the popular Livingston Roundup rodeo and the downtown parade, this highly popular event assembles over 100 skilled artists and crafts people each year and attracts many thousands of enthusiasts.   Livingston non-profit groups also offer specialty foods--not excepting the Depot Foundation's own famed and acclaimed pie booth, featuring home cooking's best.

It's a fun and lively event with a very impressive collection of fine art and craft talent from around the entire Western region each year, spanning photography, painting, sculpture, woodworking, metal and blacksmithing, jewelry, furniture, glass, fiber arts, drawings and prints, ceramics, and more (and a great early start on holiday and birthday gifts too), so be sure not to miss it.

While attending, please remember pets are not allowed, and if you have a service animal, it must be kept on a leash. Pet waste must be picked up promptly and disposed of properly, per city regulations, which are enforced, so please be considerate towards artists and our city.

Vendors are typically sent applications for this juried show out toward mid-to-late March and make their plans well in advance to present their best, so it's a worthy happening.   If you'd like to see a list of past show prize winners, click here.

Livingston, a historic Northern Pacific Railroad community and the original gateway to Yellowstone National Park, is today a major center for summer recreation activities including fishing, floating, rafting, camping, and hiking, -- and as noted, its own professional rodeo and downtown July 4th parade with fireworks after every evening's events.  It's a lively weekend -- and outstanding art and pies in a pretty park next to a great museum, real trains, and the Northern Rockies really round it out.
