Regulations
1. Exhibitors must be present during all days of the Festival but may have helpers if desired.
2. Every booth will be reviewed to insure compliance with all Festival regulations. Exhibitors displaying work that is significantly different from the work shown in the accepted images are subject to removal from the Festival.
3. Exhibitors must be present at their booths between 8:00 and 9:00 am on July 2nd for check-in with Depot staff or your space will be forfeited.
4. Booths MUST be set up by 10 a.m. Hours will be 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on July 2nd and 3rd, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on July 4th. Exhibitors must be present for the full duration of the show, or may be disqualified for future events. Please Note: In fairness to all, you will be charged for setting up more display space than you paid for.
5. Exhibitors display at their own risk. The Festival is not responsible for damage, theft, or loss of the exhibitors’ artwork and display accessories, or other belongings.
6. Exhibitors may set up July 1st beginning at 1 pm and leave their booths in place on overnight on July 1st, July 2nd, and July 3rd. The Depot Center customarily tries to provide some security but will not be responsible for damage or loss.
7. Exhibitors are responsible for removing debris from their spaces and adjacent aisle each day. Do not intrude onto the sidewalk, and be mindful of trip hazards.
8. No pets are allowed at the Festival. However, if you travel with a service animal it must be kept on a leash at all times. You will be held responsible for any damage your pet causes. Please respect our fellow vendors and the city. Any animal waste must be picked up promptly and disposed of properly. These are city regulations with fines attached, and your neighbors are watchful.
9. The Festival takes place rain, shine, hail, or wind. Be prepared!
10. Exhibitors must abide by Festival parking regulations and adhere to Festival traffic routes. Cars must be moved after unloading! This allows as much space as possible for customer parking. There isn't room for both. We walk through to enforce this; please save yourself in advance the embarrassment of being asked to move your vehicle.
The Director reserves the right to remove any exhibitor from the Festival with all fees forfeited for any violation of Festival regulations, including parking in the lot, and may prohibit those violators from future participation.
