Winter makers market

Please review the Market Regulations and pay your booth fee below.
Festival Regulations       (expand to view)
1. Vendors must be present during all days of the Market but may have helpers if desired.

2. Every booth will be reviewed to insure compliance with all Market regulations. Vendors displaying work that is significantly different from the work shown in the accepted images are subject to removal from the Market.

3. Booths MUST be set up by 10 a.m. Hours will be 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on February 25th and 26th.

4. Vendors display at their own risk. The Market is not responsible for damage, theft, or loss of the vendors’ artwork and display accessories, or other belongings.

5.  Vendors may set up February 24th beginning at 10 am and leave their booths in place throughout the weekend.  The Depot Center will be locked at the end of each day to provide some security but will not be responsible for damage or loss.

6. Vendors are responsible for removing debris from their spaces and adjacent aisle each day. Do not intrude onto the walkways, and be mindful of trip hazards.

7. No pets are allowed at the Market. However, if you travel with a service animal it must be kept on a leash at all times. You will be held responsible for any damage your pet causes. Please respect our fellow vendors, the building, and the city. Any animal waste must be picked up promptly and disposed of properly. These are city regulations with fines attached, and your neighbors are watchful.

8. The Market takes place rain, shine, hail, or snow. Be prepared!

9. Vendors must abide by downtown parking regulations and adhere to traffic routes. Cars must be moved after unloading! This allows as much space as possible for customer parking.  There isn't room for both.  We walk through to enforce this;  please save yourself in advance the embarrassment of being asked to move your vehicle.

The Director reserves the right to remove any exhibitor from the Market with all fees forfeited for any violation of Market regulations.
